A counselling or therapy session with me utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, tailored to be both creative and clear.
Each session typically blends psychoeducation, process work that integrates thoughts, emotions, and the body, along with learning practical life skills to better navigate daily challenges at school, home, and in relationships. While the process can be challenging and occasionally uncomfortable, many of my clients find it not only supportive but also engaging, insightful, and even enjoyable. -
